How to log in

1. Revert back to the previous Welcome, please log in screen
2. Enter the User ID you created during the registration process
3. Enter your secure password
4. Click Log in

Members

To register your account, please follow the step-by-step instructions below. If you haven’t accessed your account in more than 11 months, your account may have expired. You may re-register using this process.

1. Click the Create an Account button located on the Members tab of AspirusArise.com
2. Enter your policy information provided on your ID card, and click Continue
3. Create a user name and easy-to-remember password
4. That’s it–you’re done!

Password requirements

Standard users cannot reuse any of their last five passwords. Passwords are case sensitive and must contain 9 to 20 characters with at least:

• 1 letter
• 1 number
• 1 of the following special characters:
  $ # & _ % -

If you are an administrator, you need to meet two of the password requirements listed above, and you cannot reuse any of your last 24 passwords.

Forgot password question

This question will be asked in the event you need to recover your password. Please select a question that is unique and memorable to enhance the security of future communications. The password will be sent to the email listed on the account.
