How to Log in

• Click the ‘Log in’ button on the right hand side of our homepage
• Enter the User ID you created during the registration process
• Enter your password
• Click the Log in button

Password requirements

Passwords are case sensitive and must contain 9 to 20 characters with at least:

• 2 upper case letters
• 2 lower case letters
• 2 numbers
• 2 of the following special characters: $ # & _ - %
• Password cannot be repeated in the last 24 versions
• Password cannot contain dictionary words
• Password cannot contain user's first name or last name
